Established in 2005, 3D Technologies Consulting has over 30 years of
information technology experience. Ken Dragos, President and Senior
Consultant, has an extensive background in Information Technology project
management, large scale systems integration, application development, IT
operations, IT support management, Web application architecture, risk management
and information security in a variety of industries. He has direct
experience in the healthcare, insurance and banking sectors.
Ken led the team that designed and developed one of the first Web based,
on-line benefits administration, enrollment and billing systems for a major
healthcare carrier. Most recently, Ken was responsible for establishing
and implementing technology strategy and direction for all customer facing Web
properties and document imaging initiatives for a Fortune 1000 organization.
His technical experience includes Web applications architecture, eCommerce
platform technology, document management, document imaging, transaction
processing and network and systems design.
